Roy Yamaguchi—celebrity chef, James Beard Award winner and the father of Hawaiian-fusion cuisine—has poured all of his innovative talents into Roy’s at Pebble Beach. When adding Chef de Cuisine Pablo Mellin to the mix, the result is a wonderfully eclectic menu of big flavors that’s sure to please every taste and palate.

With dishes like Misoyaki Butterfish and “Dynamite” Crab Crusted Scallops, the Hawaiian-fusion theme places fresh seafood front and center, but meat lovers never take a back seat. The Panko Crusted Rack of Lamb and Honey-Mustard Beef Short Ribs are two of the many tempting choices on the menu.

Combine that with a dynamic wine list and exceptional desserts, and you have one impressive dining experience. Accessible tables and seating options are available.
