This unique pro-junior event has been a circled event on the PGA TOUR Champions schedule since 2004.
“Ask anyone,” says 2011 U.S. Senior Open Champion Olin Browne. “It’s our favorite tournament of the year. These kids have so much enthusiasm, and their enthusiasm is infectious.”
The PURE Insurance Championship Impacting First Tee has been played at Pebble Beach Golf Links since 2004. Each foursome in this special event includes a PGA TOUR Champions pro (ages 50 and over), a First Tee junior (ages 14 to 18) and two amateurs.

2024 Recap: Paul Broadhurst wins the PURE Insurance Championship by three shots
Paul Broadhurst notched his second career win at Pebble Beach, having won the PURE Insurance Championship once before in 2016. His 14-under total was enough to fend off a final round charge from Alex Cejka who posted a 64 to take the clubhouse lead at 11-under.
A clutch up and down at the 17th followed by a birdie at the last sealed the win for the Englishman, his seventh career victory on the PGA TOUR Champions.
