Kevin Sutherland was crowned champion of the 2019 TaylorMade Pebble Beach Invitational Presented by DELL Technologies Sunday, concluding a thrilling week of tournament golf at Pebble Beach Resorts. Sutherland opened his final round with four birdies and an eagle in the first nine holes, en route to a final-round 67 and a 72-hole score of 12-under-par 276 for his second Invitational title.
Second place finisher, Martin Flores, had a great start to the tournament with three rounds in the 60’s but shot a final-round 73 to finish three strokes behind Sutherland. Korn Ferry Tour player Jeff Gove shot the new course record at The Links at Spanish Bay during the second round with a score of 64. This score overtook Tom Watson’s long-standing course record from opening day in 1987.

Kirk Triplett Tees Off on the 7th Hole
The PGA TOUR Champions player shot a 4-under 72-hole total of 284 to finish tied for 6th, just two months after winning the 2019 Pure Insurance Championship at Pebble Beach.
