Where to Eat: a Guide to U.S. Open Concessions
Feeling like surf and turf while you look out at…the surf and turf? The concessions at the 2019 U.S. Open range from All-American favorites to deluxe steakhouse options.
We put together a quick guide to help you find what you’re looking for – whether it’s a burger, seafood or a world-famous Pebble Beach view.
You can also pull up the Pebble Beach app while you’re out on the course to spot the closest concessions, restrooms, grandstands and more.

Stadium Classics
Our national championship brings out plenty of patriotism – and it’s hard to think of food that’s much more American than hotdogs and hamburgers. Stock up on cheeseburgers and hotdogs, wraps, salads and subs.
But maybe even more satisfying than a cold drink on a hot day are the priceless views you can soak up while enjoying your meal at sacred corners of the course like the fourth green, ninth tee and 10th holes. Pebble Beach is quite the stadium.
Harper’s Grill and Bar
Pebble Beach lost a legend in 2017 when RJ Harper passed away from pancreatic cancer. RJ was the head pro at Pebble Beach for the 1992 U.S. Open, the Championship Director in 2000 and the General Chairman in 2010.
This little slice of heaven along the 10th hole is dedicated to RJ, who has also been named the Honorary Chairman for this week’s Championship. Enjoy food and drinks, including margaritas and Bloody Marys, while grabbing a bar stool overlooking the 10th hole at Carmel Beach.
Surf and Turf
A pair of Ruth’s Chris concessions – either at Fan Central or between the eighth and 14th holes – offer a few more locally inspired options.
Choose from crab cake or tenderloin steak sandwiches, shrimp cocktails, or salads and wraps, and pair them with the best ocean views in Major championship golf.
Here’s a full map of concessions that you can find across Pebble Beach. Enjoy!
