(USGA) do not allow hospitality clients to sell, sublease or otherwise exchange for consid-
eration any hospitality package use, item or privilege without the express written consent
of PBC and the USGA. PBC and the USGA also require the ultimate end user of the package
to be the party and signatory to the hospitality lease agreement. Please note that the fees

Fairway One is the newest luxury addition to Pebble Beach Resorts and is located along the first fairway of Pebble Beach Golf Links.
Fairway One features more than 6,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space.
Fairway One includes exclusive use of the Fairway
One meeting facilities for Championship Week.
This private enclave includes the following
furnishings and amenities:
• Private entrance
• Space to entertain up to 150 guests; includes a
basic décor package
• Air conditioning, lighting and electrical service
• Television broadcast coverage of the
U.S. Open Championship
• Complimentary Wi-Fi service
• Corporate identification sign bearing the
U.S. Open logo and your company name
• Computerized scoring terminal
• Security for Fairway One during all
hours of operation
100 tickets per day (Monday–Sunday) and the
option to purchase an additional 50 tickets per day.
Each ticket allows access to the golf course and to
Fairway One.
50 Lodge access tickets per day (Monday–Sunday)
and the option to purchase an additional 25 Lodge
access tickets per day. Each Lodge ticket allows
access to the golf course, Fairway One and the
Main Lodge Building.
6 staff tickets per day (Monday–Sunday) with
access to the golf course and Fairway One.
60 VIP parking passes
150 pairing sheets delivered to Fairway One
each day of the Championship Rounds
