2019 Hospitality Suites
Please be aware that Pebble Beach Company (PBC) and the
United States Golf Association (USGA) do not allow hospitality
clients to sell, sublease or otherwise exchange for consideration
any hospitality package use, item or privilege without the express
written consent of PBC and the USGA. PBC and the USGA also
require the ultimate end user of the package to be the party and
signatory to the hospitality lease agreement. Please note that the
fees set forth above do not include applicable taxes.
Each 3rd Fairway Village Suite is positioned in a premier location
adjacent to the third fairway of Pebble Beach Golf Links, with golf course
and sweeping ocean views.
Reserve your corporate suite for U.S. Open week
in the attractively furnished and decorated 3rd
Fairway Village. Your reserved suite with corporate
identification will accommodate 30 guests at a time.
Food and beverage includes breakfast, lunch and
afternoon hors d’oeuvres. This shared corporate
area is ideal for entertaining a smaller group of
clients, friends or employees. This space includes
the following furnishings and amenities:
• Seating for 20 guests
• Corporate identification for your suite
• Food and beverage service throughout the day
• Air conditioning, lighting and electrical service
• Television broadcast coverage of the
U.S. Open Championship
• Complimentary Wi-Fi service
• Computerized scoring terminal
• Security at the entrance to the 3rd Fairway
Village during all hours of operation
30 tickets for each day (Monday–Sunday)
• Monday and Tuesday (June 10–11) tickets will allow
access to the golf course and into the Trophy Club,
a tent where food and beverage is available for
purchase by ticket holders.
• Suites are open Wednesday through Sunday (June
12–16). These tickets will allow access to the golf
course and to your 3rd Fairway Village Suite.
2 staff tickets for each day the suite is open
(Wednesday–Sunday) with access to the golf course
and your 3rd Fairway Village Suite.
12 VIP parking passes
30 pairing sheets delivered to your 3rd Fairway
Village Suite each day of the Championship Rounds
(Thursday–Sunday).
One twosome in a Pre-U.S. Open golf outing on
Pebble Beach Golf Links.
Preferred access to reserve a limited number of
guest rooms at The Lodge at Pebble Beach or
The Inn at Spanish Bay, based on availability.
Preferred access to reserve tee times at Spyglass
Hill Golf Course, The Links at Spanish Bay and
Del Monte Golf Course during Championship Week,
based on availability.
Exclusive opportunity to purchase co-branded
merchandise bearing your company name or logo
and the U.S. Open logo.
Catering and upgraded décor to be provided by,
invoiced and contracted separately with the U.S.
Open designated caterering and decor companies.

Payment Schedule:
• $29,275 with letter of intent
• $29,275 prior to August 15, 2017
• $29,275 prior to August 15, 2018
• $29,275 plus all applicable taxes
prior to February 1, 2019
Payment Schedule to the Caterer:
$18,150 plus all applicable taxes prior
to February 1, 2019
Note: You may choose to open your suite on Monday
and/or Tuesday for an additional food and beverage fee
of $3,630 per day (plus applicable taxes).
